Website Design Packages

At InkWeb, we aim to provide high-quality services with clear expectations. This policy outlines how refunds are handled for our website design packages and monthly support plans.
All custom website projects (Wix, Squarespace, or Shopify) are non-refundable once work has begun. This includes strategy calls, design drafts, or time spent on development.
Why? Each project is tailored specifically to your brand and business goals. Time, tools, and creative resources are invested upfront—even during early stages.
If you cancel before work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus any consultation or admin fees).
Monthly Website Support Plans
Our monthly plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) are billed in advance and cover support time, SEO, updates, and other agreed services for that month.

Cancellations: You can cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.

Refunds: No refunds are issued for unused time or partial months.
Tip: If you’re unsure which plan is right for you, we recommend starting with the Starter Plan and upgrading when needed.
Custom Work & Add-ons
Any additional hours or custom work outside of your plan (billed separately) is also non-refundable once the work has started.
