Refund Policy

Website Design Packages

All custom website projects (including Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify) are non-refundable once work has commenced.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Strategy or discovery calls

  • Setup or configuration work

  • Design drafts or revisions

  • Development or technical time

Each project is tailored specifically to your business, and time, tools, and resources are invested from the outset.

If you cancel before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any consultation, setup, or administrative fees.

Monthly Website Support Plans

Our monthly support plans  are billed in advance and cover support time, updates, SEO tasks, and other agreed services for that billing period.

Cancellations
You may cancel your plan at any time before the next billing cycle.

Refunds
No refunds are provided for:

  • Unused time

  • Partial months

  • Services already delivered

Once a billing cycle has started, the fee for that period is non-refundable.

Service Suspension or Termination

If services are suspended or terminated in accordance with our Terms & Conditions (including due to inappropriate or abusive behaviour), no refunds will be issued for work already completed or for the current billing period.

Custom Work & Add-ons

Any additional work or add-on services outside your selected plan are non-refundable once work has started.

Third-Party Services

InkWeb is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services such as email hosting, domain providers, servers, or external platforms. Refunds are not provided for delays or issues caused by third-party systems.
