Terms & Conditions

Using This Website & Services

By using this website or booking any service with InkWeb, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Services are available to users aged 18 and over.

InkWeb provides website design, content updates, SEO setup, and monthly website support services. All services must be paid in advance, and all prices are listed in AUD.

For monthly plans, payments are recurring unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely content, access, and assets required to complete their project. InkWeb reserves the right to update or change services, packages, and pricing at any time.

Communication & Support Policy

  • Support is provided via email only during standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (AEST).

  • InkWeb does not provide emergency, on-call, or after-hours support unless explicitly agreed in writing. Response times may vary depending on workload and the nature of the request.

  • Abusive, threatening, aggressive, or inappropriate language toward InkWeb or its representatives will result in immediate suspension or termination of services, at InkWeb’s discretion.

Third-Party Services & Limitations

InkWeb is not responsible for third-party services including (but not limited to) email hosting, domain providers, DNS management, servers, plugins, or external platforms.

Any assistance provided with third-party systems is offered as a courtesy only and does not transfer responsibility or liability to InkWeb.

InkWeb is not liable for downtime, data loss, service interruptions, or failures caused by third-party providers or legacy systems.

Cancellations, Refunds & Ownership

Design Packages
All custom website design projects (including Wix, Shopify, and Squarespace) are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes strategy calls, setup, configuration, design, or development time.

Monthly Support Plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for unused time, partial months, or completed services.

Ownership
All designs, content, and deliverables remain the property of InkWeb until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved work is transferred to the client for business use.

Delays
InkWeb is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, delayed approvals, client inaction, or third-party service limitations (including hosting or email providers).

Right to Suspend or Terminate Services

InkWeb reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if a client:

  • Uses abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language

  • Acts unreasonably or in bad faith

  • Requests work outside the agreed scope without approval

  • Fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions

No refunds will be issued for work already completed prior to termination.

Liability, Privacy & Legal

  • InkWeb takes privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how information is collected and used.

  • InkWeb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, missed opportunities, or business interruption arising from the use of our services.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
