For monthly plans, payments are recurring unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete content or assets for their projects. InkWeb reserves the right to update or change services and pricing at any time.

Cancellations, Refunds & Ownership

Design Packages: Non-refundable once work begins.
Monthly Plans: Can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle. No refunds for unused time or services in a given month.
Ownership: All content and designs remain the property of InkWeb until full payment is received. After that, you own the final product for business use.
Delays: InkWeb is not responsible for delays due to missing content or third-party issues (e.g., hosting or platform limitations).

Liability, Privacy & Legal

InkWeb takes your privacy seriously—see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect and use your information. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services, including website downtime or missed opportunities.
