Step 1: Free Consultation

  • We start with a free, no-obligation consultation to understand your business and goals.

  • This can be done via:

  • 💻 Video call

  • 🤝 In-person meeting (available if you’re near Springwood, Brisbane)

  • During this conversation, we’ll discuss:

  • What your business does

  • Whether you sell services or products

  • How many pages you need

  • Your target audience and goals

  • Any features you need (booking forms, contact forms, eCommerce, etc.)

 

Step 2: Platform Recommendation (Wix or Shopify)

  • Based on your needs, we recommend the best platform:

  • ✅ Wix

  • Best for:

  • Service-based businesses

  • Trades and professionals

  • Wellness and local businesses

  • Includes booking forms, enquiry forms, and easy content updates.

  • ✅ Shopify

  • Best for:

  • Product-based businesses

  • Online stores and eCommerce

  • Secure payments and product management

  • 👉 Platform fees are paid directly by the customer to Wix or Shopify:

  • Wix plans usually start from around AUD $25/month

  • Shopify plans usually start from around AUD $56/month

Step 3: Sample Website Design (2–7 Days)

  • After the consultation, we create a sample website within 2 days to 1 week.

  • The sample is around 80% complete

  • It shows the design, layout, and structure

  • You can clearly see how your final website will look

  • We then present the sample to you and gather your feedback.

 

Step 4: Choose Your Inkweb Package

  • If you’re happy with the sample design, you choose one of our website subscription packages.

  • We recommend the most suitable package based on:

  • Website size

  • Features required

  • Ongoing update needs

  • Once the package is selected, we move forward with full development.

Step 5: Build, Refine & Launch (1–2 Weeks)

  • We complete your website within 1 to 2 weeks, including:

  • Design refinements

  • Content placement

  • Mobile optimisation

  • SEO setup

  • Booking or contact form integration

  • You can request changes during this phase to ensure the website feels right for your brand.

 

Step 6: 3-Month Minimum Commitment

  • All Inkweb plans include a minimum 3-month commitment.

  • This allows us to:

  • Cover design and setup costs

  • Provide ongoing support and updates

  • Make minor changes as needed (text, images, small adjustments)

  • ⚠️ Major redesigns or advanced custom development are not included during this period.

 

Step 7: After the First 3 Months

  • After the initial 3 months, you have full flexibility:

  • ✅ Continue with a small monthly fee for ongoing support and updates

  • OR

  • ✅ Manage the website yourself if you prefer

  • We’ll guide you either way so you’re never stuck.
